Rates of Service

The rates and fees for services varies depending on the type of service requested. During the initial phone consult the general rates for services will be provided. Each therapist will then additionally review the fees and payment policies with you during your first session.

Some reduced rate "Sliding Scale" fees may be available to individuals that cannot afford the normal fee.

Fees are due at the end of each session, Wise Psychology Inc. uses a HIPAA compliant medical record and billing platform called "Simple Practice." All clients will be set up with a new account on simple practice to set up a payment method, access medical records, and get in touch with your therapist or consultant. For some types of services a "Retainer Fee" may be required. Payment is accepted via credit card or personal check. 

Cancellation Policy

Regular attendance at your sessions is very important. Wise Psychology Services has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment and do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be required to pay for the full cost of your session.

Insurance:

At this time, Wise Psychology Services does not accept any insurance payments. However any therapist that you work with can provide a statement of service and reciept of payment that can possibly be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for more information about whether reimbursement is possible.
