Accessing your Mental Health Record
Wise Psychology uses "Simple Practice" as an Electronic Health Record and billing System.
Once you start treatment with your psychologist you will receive a link to create an account with Simple Practice and will have access to your health record for review.
Please make sure you keep your account information confidential and don't share it with anyone.
